This brew’s got a bit of everything going on — a medium body that’s hop-forward but still hanging onto a solid malt backbone. Think hints of caramel, biscuit and honey sneaking through, just enough to keep things interesting. Add in a citrusy hop aroma and a tidy medium bitterness, and you’ve got yourself a beer that’s equal parts character and crowd-pleaser.
