Rockridge Estate Shiraz is crafted the old-school way – open fermented, cold soaked, hand plunged and gently pressed before spending 15 months resting in American oak. The result is a medium-weight drop with a subtle raspberry and plum bouquet, layered with black plum and a mix of blue and red fruits. Smooth on the finish and built for flavour, it’s a perfect match for char-grilled red meats or a hearty casserole.
