Jacob’s Creek takes its classic Coonawarra Cab Sauv and gives it a rich twist with their signature Double Barrel finish in aged Irish whiskey barrels. The wine opens with firm, fine tannins before revealing ripe blackcurrant, olive tapenade, and subtle briary spice on the palate. Toasty, crème brûlée notes add a smooth, lingering finish. Complex and layered, this is a Cabernet with plenty of character.
