The Philippe Bouchard Gamay is a cracking drop straight out of Languedoc. Deep ruby in colour with a flicker of violet, it’s all juicy red cherry and raspberry up front, with a little black pepper and spice kicking around for good measure. Smooth tannins give it just the right amount of grip, finishing long and moreish.
