Rockridge Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is crafted with care – open fermented, cold soaked, hand plunged and gently pressed, then rested for 15 months in French and American oak hogsheads. A gentle blackberry and blackcurrant nose with a whisper of spice leads to ripe, juicy black fruits, dark chocolate notes and delicate tannins. Smooth and satisfying, it’s a perfect match for roast lamb, veggies and plenty of gravy.
